By accessing or using Portal Wizard, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of service

Portal Wizard is a tool operated by Drawn Agency that automates the provisioning of brand portal sites. It creates GitHub repositories, configures Netlify hosting, and manages associated database records on your behalf.

Access

Access to Portal Wizard is limited to approved users. Drawn Agency reserves the right to grant or revoke access at any time.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You will not use the service to provision sites for unauthorized purposes
• You are responsible for the content published through sites created with this tool

Intellectual property

Sites created through Portal Wizard use the Drawn Agency portal framework. The framework packages are distributed under their respective licenses. Content you create belongs to you or your clients.

Limitation of liability

Portal Wizard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Drawn Agency is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this service, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or third-party service failures.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
