What we collect

Portal Wizard collects the minimum information needed to provision and manage client brand portal sites:

• Email address and name (via sign-in)
• GitHub account identity (when you link your account)
• Site configuration data you provide (site names, repository names)

How we use it

Your information is used solely to:

• Authenticate your identity and authorize access
• Provision GitHub repositories, Netlify sites, and database records on your behalf
• Display your sites and account information within the wizard

Third-party services

Portal Wizard integrates with the following services to function:

• Supabase — authentication and data storage
• GitHub — repository creation and content management
• Netlify — site hosting and deployment
• Google — OAuth sign-in (optional)

Each service has its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with any other parties.

Data retention

Your account and site data are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
